Wood Fired Pizza

Our Wood Burning Pizza Oven we received from Manning’s Food Emporium, as part of a partnership we have with them. We used their experience in Wood-Fired Pizza and buy their dough and sauce.

 

Andrew Heath from Manning’s trained our team, and we work with them to fuse the best of local produce with a Mediterranean influence.  The oven is kept at a temperature of 400-450°C by burning eucalyptus and sustainable olive tree wood which are fed through the front by a long-handled shovel.
